Great, brief, always offers detail..or the option anything else..doesnt waste any time!

Deleting immediately due to Quartz supporting some xenophobic outlets trying to profile minoritys who enter the USA. How disgraceful and remember how your forefathers came to such a great nation; you have no right to single out any ethnicity.

Wow. I like this app. For any news/data junky, this is a must. Easy, funny, interesting, simple, brilliant.

Quartz is a great app that is pretty much always where I hear the latest news first, thanks to the notifications. Love it!

leaves a nice taste in your mouth

Perfect app for brief news updates. When you open Quartz, you are presented news in the form of text messages, and just enough not to keep you glued to your device. You can click one of the "text messages" for a full in depth article on the corresponding topic. Loving it!

If you want your news editorialized and drip fed in the style of (and at the pace of) a text message conversation then this is the app for you.

Such a great way to receive the news. A good mix of positive and negative stories. Only interesting and important stuff makes the cut. No bs and extremely digestible. Thank you!

Such a great way to catch up on the news. And now I can share gifs! Its a little United States-centric but solid nonetheless.

A wonderful take on news sharing, that makes the experience seem more peer to peer than the traditional patriarchal model. The app stays accountable and attributed by linking to the original source of news stories. Typos are a bit too common, but overall Quartz is a delight to use. The animated GIFs are a nice touch.

I love the fact that the news stories come to me! I hate scrolling through pages and pages of news, pictures and videos so its great to be able to get stories delivered just like an iMessage. If Im interested enough I can investigate further by clicking on the links provided.

Love the emojis, clever. Want even more, complicated combos of them! And the gifs? Brilliant. News quality? Fantastic. App is solid, one of the best Ive ever used. More trivia please! Love the feedback portion when I have to make choices back into the app. Really does feel like Im chatting with someone.

Sometimes I dont have time every day to check Quartz; would be nice to see past news as well

Love the innovative way to present news as interaction. Hate the animated GIFs. Hate. Them. The constant repetitive motion is incredibly distracting for reading and Im embarrassed to be reading news and having them appear as a pointless distraction. I desperately want the option to remove them. Please please implement!
